Great Help,
As a woman I needed her self confidence and as I want to be self employed, I appreciated his advice to follow my intuition.
Thank You,

Excellent! Solid info delivered in a wonderfully brief and direct way yet easy to grab onto. I’m going to put it on my reminder list when I’m feeling off track. Thank you.
This is so bang on the nail, women in business have much to offer, and I can share the experience of being the only woman in the room with a room full of male business consultants. Intuition is all important when looking at situations and weighing up options. We need to have the benefit of a good coach or mentor to remove the isolation in so much of what we do. Keep the good stuff comming, I look forward to opening my emails to see what other pearls are awaiting. Many thanks Liz UK
She is quite correct about women who step out of the traditional female roles to work in corporations being in a unique position that does have more advantages to manuever. However, I found that more often than payment being the issue, it was titles and authority to act that were held back. The men didn’t want to give up the power even though they would concede the ability and definitly let me have the responsibility. So in some ways she was somewhat lucky in the places she chose to work. Because having the responsiblility to get something done without the authority to do what’s necessary to make it happen is a real challenge. It gets done, but with greater difficulty. However, when you, as a woman, step into their “room”, they are very unsure of themselves and it does ‘in that sense’ give the woman a distinct advantage.
He is so bang on it is marvelous to hear.
couldnt have been more to the point in their basic yet profound statements. trust and intuition!
Intuition is a biggie in life and in business! Also, my wife has some serious skills and I still don’t know how to deal with it (lol). Two great videos, thanks for sharing Ridgely….
